Evolution Of Leadership

Wholesale distribution also has some mega-distributors with sales ranging from $1 billion to as much as $27 billion. The majority of wholesale distributors are family owned.
Don’t Be The Selfish Being
Posted by: | CommentsTrouble, trouble, trouble. Nothing but trouble. The night before, I was just talking to a friend-cum-feng-shui master about the direction of my life. The horrible things that are currently going in my life right now. The things that could go wrong, is going to go wrong or has gone wrong. I spent a total of 3 hours complaining, ranting and raving about how unfair life is and how come others who are close to me or my husband can afford luxurious lifestyles. How come they have 2 family cars and we have to share 1 car. How come they can afford to have four computers for the four family members of their home. The youngest being barely 3 have her own computer at all – like she’s got tons of work to do on her own and absolutely needs her own computer, you know what I mean? I was just ranting and raving about how my kids have to fight with me for the computer – me rushing things out for my clients and my kids sitting right next to me, waiting for me to finish with the consistent but patient enquiries like, ‘Mom, are you done yet?’ or ‘Have you made enough money yet?’.
How To Have More Energy
Posted by: | CommentsI’ve had problems with fatigue and a lack of energy all my life. It would be wonderful to know why. I’ve asked doctors, read books, and learned that some questions just won’t be answered in my lifetime.
I’ve also learned that even without discovering the root causes of my tiredness, there are things I can do to alleviate it. Here are some of energy boosters that have worked for me and others over the years. Sometimes it helps to use several at once.
Energy Boosters
1. Breath deeply. Three slow deep breaths help oxygenate the blood supply better, and especially seems to wake up the brain.
Are Your Goals Exciting
Posted by: | CommentsThis may sound like a strange question, but are you really excited about your goals? Of course, I’m making the assumption that you have already invested the time to think about what you want your life to be like and identified some of your goals in several areas. If not, please do this immediately. If you don’t know where you’re going, how will you know when you get there.
Having written goals will change your life; I guarantee it! Spend some time thinking about what you’d like your life to be like. For the sake of this exercise, let’s set goals you’d like to have accomplished one year from now. Of course, you can set shorter and longer goals as well.
No Guarantees
Posted by: | CommentsLife is like a road. There are long and short roads; smooth and rocky roads; crooked and straight paths. Just like any road, there are corners, detours, and crossroads in life. Definitely the most confusing road that you come across is a crossroad. With four roads to choose from and with limited knowledge on where they would go, which road will you take?
Opt For Optimism!
Posted by: | CommentsIn life, you are forever full of choices. You may choose to have a pessimist’s view and live a self-defeated life or you may choose to take the optimist’s route and have a challenging and fulfilling life.
Optimists expect the greatest. They tend to think defeat is just a fleeting delay, that its causes are confined to this one case.
Optimists tend to center on and plan for the ‘difficulty’ at hand. In other words, they most likely reinterpret an off-putting experience in a way that helps them discover and mature. Such people are unfazed by a bad situation, they perceive it as a challenge and try harder.
The Twists And Turns Of My Life
Posted by: | CommentsWhen I was born in 1962 I thought life was good. I had two parents, a twin sister, and an older brother. We lived in an apartment until my sister and I were eleven, and then we moved into a house. My brother was twenty-one years old so he moved onto his own apartment. I was the luckiest girl in the world.
We were the normal family with chaos and the antics of being a family. I was blessed to have my parents around in my life.
The Time To Act
Posted by: | CommentsEngaging in genuine discipline requires that you develop the ability to take action. You don’t need to be hasty if it isn’t required, but you don’t want to lose much time either. Here’s the time to act: when the idea is hot and the emotion is strong.
Let’s say you would like to build your library. If that is a strong desire for you, what you’ve got to do is get the first book. Then get the second book. Take action as soon as possible, before the feeling passes and before the idea dims. If you don’t, here’s what happens -
