A lot people have asthma. My daughter, 41 years, included. She has suffered from attacks for many years. Recently I encounter three natural remedies that I asked my daughter to try. I have not yet received a report on these, so I would like to pass them on to you. Here is the first one.

May 29, 2008
Reflexology therapy, (an ancient art practiced by early Egyptians), is also a science founded on the basis that areas of the feet, hands and ears are comprised of zones and reflex areas that correspond to all glands, organs, and bodily systems.
Reflexology therapy is a technique whereby pressure is applied to these areas resulting in stress reduction by using thumb, finger and hand methods. Using reflexology therapy promotes physiological improvements in the body.
Reflexology therapy is the correspondence of the reflexes in the feet and hands to the organs and all parts of the body. Stimulating these reflexes with this unique technique can promote the body’s own healing potential to promote better health. Reflexology therapy is primarily used for relaxing tension.
Parasites In Your Colon
May 25, 2008
Your colon is a place for other parasites and organisms to breed and live. Many are harmful to your health and enter the body in
various ways – foods we eat, through the bottom of your feet, air you breathe, the water you drink, and through sexual
activity.
What do we find in your colon? We find single cell protozoan, molds, parasites, fungus, viruses, bacteria, worms (round
worms), and yeast (candida albicans),. By eliminating constipation, eating more fruits and vegetables, cleaning and detoxifying your
colon, you can rid yourself of many parasites. There are herbal formulas that will help you purge these unwanted organisms
Good Vibrations
May 17, 2008
Esoteric vibrational remedies are really hot right now, especally in Hollywood — the next step beyond aromatherapy. I Natural Health magazine says that even Julia Roberts is spraying herself with a Petaltone product to “clear her aura.” of ancient negative ties and resentments(Jason Patric and Kiefer Sutherland by any chance?) Even Julia Roberts knows that essences is one of the few ways she can protect herself from all of the transference, projection and other negative thought forms hurled at her etheric force field every day.”
Grains The Cause Illness
May 12, 2008
Eating grain products - breads, cakes, cereals - have long been consider a healthy choice. If you look at the RDA recommendations, grains, at the bottom of the pyramid, are what you should be eating the most of to maintain a healthy body.
The RDA’s recommendations do not consider any food to be harmful for you. You must remember that the RDA’s recommendations come from a government agency and indicating a particular food could be harmful to your health could financially affect that industry. The government does not want to destroy any industry even if it is harmful to your health. Just look at the smoking industry. It’s still alive.

Herbs For Protection

If you have never used plant matter in magic before, I explain in detail in the column Plants, Herbs and Roots for Prosperity the different ways these substances can be practically used in rituals and everyday practice. In brief, the main methods of using plant material to summon protection are: carrying the substance on your person in a locket or a sachet, boiling the herb and sprinkling the residual water around your residence, putting a sprig of it under your bed or pillow, bathing in a distillation of it or burning it as incense. Also with love attracting, just keeping the living plant in your house can help increase your vibrations.

Preventing Osteoporosis
March 20, 2008
Last month my 74-year-old mother while walking, tripped on a small tuft of grass, fell - and broke her rib! Her recovery has been painful, debilitating and at times depressing. It also affected my elderly father who relies heavily on her day to day.
Surprisingly, this instance of fracture was not due to osteoporosis. However my mom’s experience caused me stop and think deeply. As a 40-something woman, am I doing everything possible to keep my skeletal system in tip-top condition?
Eucalyptus Oil For Cold And Flu
March 12, 2008
Recently I came down with a cold, flu, and some heavy chest congestion. My 8-year daughter also became sick.
One of the Natural Remedies I used was Eucalyptus Oil, which helped to reduce the chest congestion and the symptoms of the flu.
Herbalists use this oil to treat colds, coughs, and other respiratory ailments. Eucalyptus helps to loosen phlegm and improve lung function.
The active ingredient in eucalyptus oil is cineol or euclyptol.
The oil is a fine decongestant and has strong germicidal and antibacterial effects. Some other uses for Eucalyptus are skin problems, muscle, and nerve pain. It has been used as diuretic, and to lower blood sugar.
