Reflexology, an ancient art practiced by early Egyptians. Reflexology is a science founded on the basis that areas of the feet, hands and ears are comprised of zones and reflex areas that correspond to all glands, organs, and bodily systems.
Reflexology is a technique whereby pressure is applied to these areas resulting in stress reduction by using thumb, finger and hand methods. Using reflexology promotes physiological improvements in the body.

If you have never used plant matter in magic before, I explain in detail in the column Plants, Herbs and Roots for Prosperity the different ways these substances can be practically used in rituals and everyday practice. In brief, the main methods of using plant material to summon protection are: carrying the substance on your person in a locket or a sachet, boiling the herb and sprinkling the residual water around your residence, putting a sprig of it under your bed or pillow, bathing in a distillation of it or burning it as incense. Preventing Osteoporosis
March 20, 2008
Last month my 74-year-old mother while walking, tripped on a small tuft of grass, fell - and broke her rib! Her recovery has been painful, debilitating and at times depressing. It also affected my elderly father who relies heavily on her day to day.
Surprisingly, this instance of fracture was not due to osteoporosis. However my mom’s experience caused me stop and think deeply. As a 40-something woman, am I doing everything possible to keep my skeletal system in tip-top condition?
Eucalyptus Oil For Cold And Flu
March 12, 2008
Recently I came down with a cold, flu, and some heavy chest congestion. My 8-year daughter also became sick.
One of the Natural Remedies I used was Eucalyptus Oil, which helped to reduce the chest congestion and the symptoms of the flu.
Herbalists use this oil to treat colds, coughs, and other respiratory ailments. Eucalyptus helps to loosen phlegm and improve lung function.
The active ingredient in eucalyptus oil is cineol or euclyptol.
The oil is a fine decongestant and has strong germicidal and antibacterial effects. Some other uses for Eucalyptus are skin problems, muscle, and nerve pain. It has been used as diuretic, and to lower blood sugar.
Herbs Can Heal You Or Save Your Life
February 20, 2008
A history
Herbs have been used for hundreds of years before Christ. Perhaps since the time humans first began to roam the earth. Using herbs was the only way these people had to heal and recover health.
In the 1800-century, physicians would bleed their patients since they believed if a person was sick their blood contained the disease. There was some truth to this and some people would get well and others would get sicker or would bleed to death.
Herbology
February 5, 2008
Herbology is one of the oldest healthcare sciences known to mankind. In fact, hebology is the utilization of herbs for various therapies, remedies, spices, aromas or medicinal purposes.
Derived from plants, herbs are used for their medicine, aroma and spice in herbology. Herb plants produce and comprise a mariyad of chemical substances that interact with our bodies. Herbology allows natural plants and herbs to act as nutrients to empower our organs and tissues to regain normal functionability.
Currently, over four billion people or eighty percent of the world population use herbology for some forms of healthcare. Ayurvedic practitioners, homeopathic practitioners, naturopathic practitioners, traditional Oriental practitioners and Native American Indians commonly utilize herbology.
