It’s enough to make you want to crawl back into your boring old life and forget the whole thing ever happened. But let’s try something a little different, first, and see if we can’t tame that overgrown jungle.

September 9, 2008
In our society, our daily lives can be very taxing. With the loud city noises and our hectic schedules, we can easily become overwhelmed. So how can we overcome overwhelm and achieve our desired results?
Through trial and error, I tried out different approaches to reduce overwhelm in my life. I also observed the results of my clients with the same challenge as well as individuals who were truly living fully, without overwhelm. I noticed commonality between the means that resulted in success. This lead me to identifying the three key strategies to overcome overwhelm and achieve your desired results. These three strategies have no particular order and all three are important. If someone focuses on only one or two of these, they can experience positive results; however, to completely overcome overwhelm and achieve your desired results, it is important to incorporate all three of the following strategies over time.
The Best Gift to Give Yourself and Others
September 9, 2008
I’m often asked the question, “How can I best help my children, spouse, family member, staff member, friend etc. improve/change?” In fact that might be the most frequently asked question I receive, “How can I help change someone else?”
My answer often comes as a surprise and here it is. The key to helping others is to help yourself first. In other words, the best contribution I can make to someone else is my own personal development. Search Engine Optimization
September 7, 2008
When your website is ranked well in the most popular search engines, you get more visitors clicking on your site. The more visitors you get the more business you get. Did you know that about 20 percent to 80 percent of your visitors will find your web site through the search engines. Studies show that most people do not look past the fourth page of results. There was a time when you could use free submission services that would submit your website to search engines and directories. At one time, that would actually get you ranked OK. Nowadays, that won’t do anything for you. You want to get ranked at LEAST on the first page of Google and Yahoo. The better option would be to get ranked in the top 3 listings of both Google and Yahoo. This isn’t easy.
