Everyone out there at some point in time, will experience the pain of a toothache. Toothaches are very excruciating, some of the worst pain you will ever feel in your life. Even though you may have had dental work in the past and follow proper hygiene, toothaches can happen at anytime. Although it can be very painful, there are ways to get relief through natural herbal remedies or pharmaceuticals.

If you plan to use herbs, you should use them in tincture form, as the alcohol content will disinfect the area, and help to reduce the inflammation and kill the infection. Once you have the tincture, you should use roughly a teaspoon of it and gently rinse your mouth out. Once you have help it in your mouth a minute or so, you should either swallow it or spit it out. Tinctures are natural remedies that use herbs and alcohol to massage the affected area and stop the pain by numbing the nerves of the tooth that is causing you so much pain.

The best way to deal with toothache is to put out the fire. If you manage to put the fire out, the pain will follow. Even though the pain may go away, the problem will still be there until you go to the dentist and get it treated. Although the dentist is the preferred way to go, you may have to wait on an appointment, or the toothache may occur on a weekend or a time when the dentist isn’t available.

Your best advice is to seek dental care ASAP, as the infection can always return at any given time. If you don’t get problems fixed as soon as you can, they can spread and cause you more problems with your teeth. Cavities will need to be filled, while the rotten or dying teeth will need to be extracted. If caught in time, the dentist can normally save the tooth via root canal.

The most common way to stop the pain of a toothache is by using a pharmaceutical such as Ambesol. With these types of toothache relief products, you simply rub the ointment on the affected area and it will kill the pain. These products work quickly, although they may not be able to help if the infection has spread or has gotten so bad that the tooth is literally dying.

Another way to stop the pain is to use Tylenol or aspirin. If you are going this route, you should use tablets that dissolve. Simply take the tablet and put it in your mouth, then use your tongue to hold it against your tooth. The aspirin or Tylenol will start to dissolve, and work it’s way into your nerve and stop the pain. This is a very effective way to stop the pain, although once the pill dissolves it can leave a terrible taste in your mouth.

The best way to stop the pain is to visit the dentist and have it treated once and for all. Keep in mind that if the problem is an infection, you’ll need to use antibiotics until the infection is gone. Once the infection is gone, the dentist will be able to proceed with treatment. Most toothaches are the result of a cavity, which will need to be filled. Anytime you start to experience a toothache you should get it treated. If you aren’t able to make it to the dentist, simply get some Ambesol or other product that will give you relief from the pain until you can get to the dentist and get the problem taken care of.

Back pain sometimes merges from muscle spasms. Spasms largely start when one or the other nerve or muscle fibers cannot act with the other fiber. What takes place is the muscles assume involuntary reactions, such as atypical tightening of muscle. The action causes the muscles to restrain its contractions. If muscle contractions are reserved by the fibers, nerves, etc, restrained additionally, accordingly the lack of contractions can cause excessive feebleness and/or paralysis. If the muscles and the nerve fibers are not joining correctly to perform action, i.e. the muscle fibers are not yielding suffice contractions, or else the muscles are creating too much contractions, consequently the result causes back pain.

Muscle spasms increase back pain, since potential threats are apparent to the muscles. Since the sensory nerves are not providing the nerve fibers at the muscles, the sustenance it needs to contract correctly. The problem can lead to damage of the muscles, since the muscles, which are lacking strength stretches, thus contracting over the fibers. The sensory nerves are failing to send signals to the muscles, and other areas that require support from the sensory nerves, which leads to back pain.

Such action can cause spasms, as well as nervous tension, joint misalignment, and sprains. Muscle spasms can start when the muscles are fatigue, or else when a person exercises heavily. When the body is dehydrated, it can also cause muscle spasms. In addition, pregnancy, which puts a lot of weight on a person, can lead to muscle spasms. Hypothyroid, deficiency of calcium and magnesium can cause spasms as well. The body has hormones, which promote growth and metabolism production, which if these hormones are not working sufficiently to produce and reproduce the fluids the muscles require, it can affect the metabolic, in turn causes muscle spasms. Excessive drinking, failure of the kidney, and particular medications can cause muscle spasms.

Tip: You can perform chest stretches, groin, hamstring, hip, thigh, and triceps stretches to minimizing potential muscle spasms.

Muscle spasms are often over defined, since cramps produce similar stress and pain as that of muscle spasms. The problem lies between muscle and nerve fibers, muscles, joints, sensory and motor nerves, motor neurons, and so forth. Yet, as outlined earlier, muscle spasms start when the fibers, nerves, unit, etc, and not functioning properly. Still, the problem moves down to the tendons and ligaments, which when these elements of the body are inflamed, or else damaged and pulled out of place, it can cause muscle spasms and damage, in turn causing back pain.

Keep in mind that muscle spasms are abnormal contractions of the muscles that can cause shuddering, twinges, seizures, tremors, and paroxysm. Paroxysm can cause outbursts, convulsions, and so forth, which sometimes when spasms occur, pain is not apparent.

As mentioned, the ligaments and tendons can affect the muscles as well and start back pain. Both ligaments and tendons are strong elements that connect to the bones, joints, and muscles suspiciously. The tendons and ligaments aid the muscles by promoting movement, bending, sitting, walking, standing, etc, yet the prime sources of these actions come from systematic muscles. The muscles give strength, which helps by exerting tension to enforce the movement of the bones. These locomotive promoters once interrupted can cause limited mobility, which in turns starts to damage the joints, cartilages, tendons, ligaments, etc. Since the muscles get a degree of strength from the spinal cord and pain occurs when the systematic muscles are not working properly. The muscle deficiency affects the asymmetrical muscle actions as well.

Tip: Continuing to stretch the muscles with the proper exercises can eliminate or minimize back pain.

Home teeth whitening products are the solution for those who hate going to the dentist’s office.

In the past, the only option that people have if they want to have their teeth whitened is to have an appointment with their dentist. Since most of them are not too eager to visit their dentist, they always set the appointments aside for a later date. In the end, they just forget about the teeth whitening appointment.

People are in most cases too scared to keep their appointments with the dentist. Even if they want or need to have their teeth whitened, it will always end up being postponed or cancelled.

This is why when home teeth whitening products were introduced in the market, these people were only too happy to try them out. Home teeth whitening eliminate the fear of going to the dentist. In addition, the process can be done on your own time. Plus, it is not as expensive as an appointment with your dentist.

It can be noted that there are still those who rely on the good old home teeth whitening methods of the past. Although they seem too traditional for the people of today, the result is still as effective as it was before.

What are some of the basic home teeth whitening methods that are still being used by some today?

1. Bi-carbonate paste combined with water.

Bi-carbonate soda paste can be brought at drug stores or at supermarkets. Some people still buy them to be used for whitening teeth.

They combine the paste with water and gurgle them on a regular basis. It is believed that regular use of this solution can remove stain from the surface of the teeth thus, leaving teeth whiter and shinier.

2. Lemon juice paste and salt.

This combined solution is known to erase the yellowish tint of the teeth. Some people ceremoniously apply this combination on the teeth that look dull.

Leaving them on the teeth for several minutes is supposed to whiten teeth because of the acidic content of the lemon juice paste. If done regularly, the dull color of the teeth is eradicated.

3. Bay leaves with dried orange peel.

The combination of bay leaves with dried orange peel can also act as a teeth whitener. Just like the lemon paste, all you have to do is apply this to your teeth frequently.

4. Inner orange peel part.

When peeling oranges you will notice that the back part of it is white. You usually throw it away as something that is not of purpose.

What you do not know is that it can be used to whiten your teeth. All you need to do is rub that white part on your teeth and it will give out a beautiful white shine.

These are some of the basic home teeth whitening methods that have proven their effectiveness in some parts of the world. Today, there are chemically made home teeth whitening products that you can buy and use.

The good thing about these basic home teeth whitening methods is that they do not come with the known side effects that over-the-counter products have. Plus they come in very cheap. You can try them out if you want to see if they work better than the products that you buy.

With the growing interest in after school programs shown by the Government
as well as parents, new and hitherto unheard of programs are being
explored. In an attempt to make a child aware of his responsibilities as
an individual and as a citizen, these after school programs make use of a
child’s natural curiosity and his irrepressible energy.

Investigative Skills:
In some schools in Kernersville, children are developing their
investigative skills. Children meet with adults who introduce them to the
details of fake non-violent crimes. They take notes, visit the scene and
gather information. Students learn to listen to alibis, collect
fingerprints and gather any other pieces of evidence. According to the
principal, these activities challenge her students’ problem solving
skills. Children learn to think critically and to form informed judgments.

Fisheries and sciences:
In North Carolina, children who are interested get a chance to win a
scholarship through their after school activity. Here, students are given
a chance to face hands-on fisheries science experiments in a freshwater or
marine setting. Professionals, educators and experts from the world of
Fisheries act as mentors. Students accepted into the program get a $3,000
scholarship.

The above examples go to show that after school activities are becoming
serious. They are slowly morphing into important parts of a child’s
education and moving away from the fun-and-frolic-only programs of the
past.

Every weight loss surgery patient I’ve met said they at sometime during the weight loss experience felt like a fraud. A fraud is someone who pretends to be what they are not, an imposter. Given this definition, of course we feel like a fraud! Almost overnight we become the exact opposite of what we have been for many years. We are in fact a fat person masquerading in a thin body. Of course we feel like a fraud!

Weight loss following gastric bypass is so fast and consistent; there is no time to pause and become familiar with ourselves as our size diminishes and our health improves. So, while the body adjusts to its new healthy weight, our mind is slow to catch up. It still sees a fat person and this smaller body is alien and unknown. It is an imposter. A disguise. A fraud.

Be assured, this phase of fraud is normal and consistent among people experiencing rapid massive weight loss, it is part of the transformation. Be comforted knowing feelings of fraud will pass. As we become familiar with our down-sized dimensions the haunts from our morbidly obese days will pass. If a bariatric patient after several years of successful weight maintenance rapidly regained the weight they would feel as much a fraud in their new super-sized body as they did in their newly trimmed body. Feelings of fraud are certain to result when a change is as rapid and effective as gastric bypass weight loss.

For many patients, a different feeling of fraud is manifest when others start to notice and comment about the weight loss. In addition to managing our own feelings of change, we must manage feedback from others, much of which is unsolicited. Patients who have kept their surgery private feel fraudulent when they answer “I’m losing weight by eating less, controlling my sugar and fat intake and exercising” all of which is true. Patients who speak openly about their weight loss surgery may be told surgery was easy way out of obesity. They may hear about surgeries gone bad, get the warnings about regaining the weight, and be treated to a host of other myths. This feedback can cause us to feel fraudulent.

One weight loss patient said it best: “what I find both interesting and sad about bariatric patients: we are ashamed when we are fat, and we are ashamed when we do something about it.” It is not fraudulent to be medically treated for a disease that is killing you. The weight loss surgery patient who accepts this as fact successfully overcomes feeling like a fraud. That patient celebrates the miracle of modern medicine and a second chance at living.

I used to tell my husband, “I’m nothing but a fat lady masquerading in small clothes.” He didn’t like me to talk that way about myself and asked, “if your best friend succeeded at losing weight – by whatever means medically available to her – would you talk to her the way you are talking to yourself? If your best friend were treated for a life-threatening disease with the best medical science has to offer would you say she was a fraud for undergoing that treatment to save her life?” He made an excellent point.

I no longer feel like a fraud, but I miss the wonder and awe that was associated with the newness of rapid and massive weight loss. During that time I was shocked to see my own reflection and awed by the little clothes that fit me. I studied in wonder every body part, the way it moved and felt and looked. I counted my ribs and rolled my fingers over my hipbones – I’d never felt that before discovering the miracle of the human skeleton. Nowadays it’s all commonplace: this is who I am. It is no longer a surprising shock. I no longer feel like a fraud.

Why does Lisa grumble when it is time for her to go for her piano lessons?
How come Johnny abhors the sight of his skates now? After all, these
children were very enthusiastic about the programs when they started off.
What happened? Parents are often confused by the disturbing and often
incongruous signals they receive from their children. One day the kids are
excited about the new theatre class and in just a few short weeks they
wail and moan when it’s time to go.

The first thing a family should do when a child begins resisting a
previously loved activity is to listen and investigate. Do not jump into
conclusions. A little bit of intelligent sleuthing is required. Ask your
child what he or she does in the class. Find out what exactly is the cause
of the problem. Then ask the teachers the same questions. Compare notes.
You may stumble on some important clues. Usually, children start out on an
activity thinking it’s all fun. But when they realize that they cannot
just hang out and that they need to follow rules etc, they begin to
resist. Your child may feel stifled if the program is too structured. If
the discipline is too rigorous or the activity too painful (like a karate
class) some children balk. Use your own instincts. Does the program feel
like fun? Would you want to attend it yourself? Are they offering enough
motivation to keep the child interested?

The teacher-to-child ratio is also an important factor. Children need
attention. If the number of teachers is just enough to handle a class, it
is possible that your child is not receiving enough attention. State
recommendations usually specify that there must be 1 teacher for 15
children.

Children try to avoid problems they cannot solve. If there are no
perceivable problems with the class and the teachers, perhaps you need to
have a chat with your child. If your judgment says that the place is good
and the activity engaging enough, then it’s time to work with your child.
More often than not, social pressures may be at work here. Does your child
have friends there? If she is lonely or miserable because of the lack of
friends, help her find a friend. If she finds a friend, she will get more
involved in the activities

If your best efforts do not pay off, and your child still resists that
fantastic guitar classes, then it’s time to let go. Shift your child to
some other program. If he or she still retains interest in guitars, you
can take it up after a few months. Never force the child, especially when
it comes to extra-curricular activities. Since they are ‘extra’, they must
bring in extra happiness and extra enthusiasm too.

This guide will give you the basic directions for nail care, however, it cannot provide the same direction and hands-on experience offered by a Professional School of Cosmetology.

SUPPLIES:

1 - Nail scissors2 - Small tray, about the size of a soap dish3 - Gentle dishwashing detergent or other skin softening, bubbly liquid (such as some bubble bath products)

4 - Warm water

5 - Two to three hand towels

6 - Moisturizer or Hand Lotion with Aloe Vera, Cocoa Butter or similar ingredient to condition skin

7 - Clear Base Coat Nail Polish

8 - Colored Nail Polish

9 - Top Coat Nail Polish

10 - Small lamp or other radiant source of light

11 – Table or desk so that, when seated, your arms can easily extend across from the relaxed position of a comfortable chair

12 - Hair dryer or similar device (not required)

13 – Cotton swabs

STEPS:

1 - Fill tray with warm water and sudsy liquid (the trick is to add water at just the right temperature so it will soften skin without being too hot to the touch)2 - Place one hand in tray and let it soak for several minutes3 - If you’re giving someone else a manicure, you can use oil or moisturizer to massage one hand while the other one is soaking

4 - Remove soaking hand and pat dry with hand towel

5 - Place other hand in tray to soak for several minutes

6 - While the second hand is soaking, you should carefully begin trimming cuticles that form around the edges of the nail itself (NOTE: Pay close attention to what you’re doing, so you don’t cut too close and end up causing skin to bleed. If you take your time and trim slowly with tiny strokes, you should be fine.)

7 - If your timing is perfect, you will be finished cutting the cuticles on that hand before the first hand gets wrinkled from being in the warm water too long. (Tip: Don’t try to hurry the cuticle trimming process to make your timing work. Instead try to remember to check on the soaking hand half-way through the course of cutting cuticles. If the water is cold or the hand shows hints of wrinkling skin, that’s your cue to stop the soaking operation and pat hand dry with hand towel, apply some lotion and go back to the trimming procedure.)

8 - When you have completed trimming cuticles on both hands, you should make sure all loose skin is removed from nail area. Begin to polish nails with clear base coat by applying a thin layer as smoothly and carefully as possible. Try to keep polish on nails only. If you accidentally apply too much or get extra polish on skin around nails, use a cotton swab dipped lightly in nail polish remover to correct your mistake.

9 - After applying base coat to both hands, choose polish color and repeat previous procedure beginning with the same hand you started with last time. Follow guidelines described above to produce best results.

10 - The next application will be a top coat to create a seal or protection for colored polish. Repeat previous steps to ensure success in this process. Remember less is better when it comes to nail polish. Thick layers lead to messy results.

11 - You have two choices to complete this process and make your manicure last.

(1) You can dry nails with a blow dryer or similar device set on slow speed at a moderate temperature. You should keep hands positioned under heat source for at least three minutes and then sit still, touch nothing, and wait for another minute or two to avoid smudges or smears that will ruin your efforts.

(2) You can skip the dryer process and sit still, touch nothing and wait for at least five minutes to creating lasting results that will make your manicured nails look their best.

Acne is a pernicious and upsetting condition, and most sufferers long for the day when their skin is clear of it. But many acne patients achieve clear skin only to find themselves left with a disappointing aftermath – acne scars. While many scars will fade significantly with time, most patients will want to begin enjoying their improved skin immediately. Thankfully, there is great makeup for acne scars available that can balance the appearance of your skin, giving you the bright and clear complexion that you have waited so long to achieve. There is a wide variety of specialist makeup for acne scars available, but many people will find that ordinary makeup, applied correctly, will do the job just as well.

If you have had a history of bad skin, it is always wise to select light, non-greasy make up products – there are a huge variety of foundations and powders available for sensitive skins, and many medicated varieties, should you feel your skin still needs a little extra help in keeping clear. Remember that your scars will lighten as time passes, but if dark scars are making you feel particularly self-conscious then there is a good selection of speciality make up for acne scars available that can also be used to cover other types of scars and birthmarks. If you would like some first hand tips on minimising the appearance of your scars, then treat yourself to a makeover at one of your local drug stores make up counters. The professionals will show you how to use their products to best compliment your own skin.

If you feel that using makeup for your acne scars is simply not enough, then there are ways of getting rid of acne scars. Dermabrasion is a popular treatment among former acne sufferers, and can help reduce the appearance of pitted scars significantly. The procedure involves the light scraping of the top most layer of skin, and while it can be effective, the process will initially result in skin that appears very raw. Skin needs especially delicate treatment after this procedure and most doctors will advise against even the use of camouflage makeup after dermabrasion. This can be upsetting for many patients who have already spent too much time with bad skin, so before signing up for the procedure be sure that is worth the possibility of getting rid of your acne scars. Make up for acne scars can be just as effective.

Before Donna was born she took with her a dollar, Peter took with him a pen and Harry brought along a hammer. These were the only significant things that these people brought with them into their physical lives from birth.

All of us before we are born bring with us the most useful thing that we could imagine that would work for us in the physical world. It was our desire to experience a specific aspect of physical life using only the one item that we could bring with us. The items mentioned above are metaphorical but the experience will be real in our minds. This is the beginning of a new episode of “survivor” to take place in the real world using the only gifts or talents that we bring with us.

The only way that this experience could be played out, would be in the absence of memory of who we really were and where we came from, and so from the time of birth we begin to forget. After infancy our memories are replaced with real life situations and circumstances which blur or blot out our previous existence.

From the moment that we choose to come to physical life we are given absolute love, freedom and choice. We are given the guaranty of survival until we no longer wished to experience our chosen path by choice. There are others that will come into our lives at the appropriate time and place to help us by previous agreement.

Donna chose the dollar; this will be her gift or talent that she will use to live the life that she wants to experience. There are no conditions placed upon using the dollar, nor is she bound to use it. The meaning of the dollar may not even be recognized by her during the course of her life as she focuses on other distractions. The dollar is really a physical symbol that she will need to interpret and exploit for her own personal use. One can only imagine what this symbol means and the purpose for it. Before birth and from the lofty position of the silent observer, it is perfectly clear. Now it appears to be a burden imposed on her, a trip of a lifetime to find out the true meaning of her life, a constant struggle for purpose and fulfilment. As Donna becomes more focused on the meaning of money in her life, the farther away she moves from it. The burden of having, took away from the joy of desire and acceptance of what is and what is not. She has misinterpreted the symbol and it brings more longing, desperation and sadness into her life. In physical terms her life is full and rich, but inside she is empty.

Peter chose the pen and from point of birth, no one could shut him up. Peter was very articulate and opinionated in what he had to say and seemed to have a natural talent for writing down his thoughts. Peter also didn’t really care what others thought about his work, he wrote for himself and the writing was an outlet for him. His writing often got him into trouble in his earlier life until he learned how to be more diplomatic and stopped offending people. The problem with that was he began writing for others and the pen turned away from him. His talent no longer flowed naturally as his writings represented the views of others at the expense of his own.

In frustration and anger Peter joined the Army and was called out to fight for his country. The horrific experiences that Peter witnessed during his tour were too much for him to hold inside and he started writing again. Peter wrote down everything as it came to him and found a place that he could go when the outside world was just too much. Because writing came naturally for him, the experience of war was forgotten in the moments that he would write.

Peter’s writings were not so much about war but of friendships and life’s lessons learned in the time he spent on and off the battle field. Peter wrote about beauty and love, hope, trust and about bonds with people, places and things. Peter did not live the war he was fighting but was able to move above the experience by focusing on life and not death. When the time came for Peter to finish his tour of duty he moved gracefully into a new life and because he did not focus on war, he did not experience it as others did. He moved from a state of grace during war to another place that employed his natural talents with the pen.

Peter recognized his gift with the pen and used it to minimize the struggle and it helped him focus on things more positive and uplifting. Peter found his natural connection to the pen, that which he had forgotten at birth, and that which got him into much trouble earlier in his life and that which finally freed him.

Harry had a passion for tools from as early as he could remember. He loved to hammer nails into pieces of wood. He never really built anything, but just kept hammering. Harry found great strength and power by driving the nails deep into the wood. Harry would often run out to the shed to drive more nails after a scolding from his parents. Harry used his hammer to relieve the frustration, anger and destructive feelings he harboured for those that would cross paths with him.

Harry always believed that he was meant to be a carpenter and it was in becoming one that he felt he was in touch with his life’s purpose.

For most of his life Harry worked as a carpenter and while doing so, he blocked out his life as he buried himself in his work and the Physicalness of building and tearing down.

As Harry moved forward in his life, got married and involved in his community, he started to open up. He began to notice things that were not working in his life both personally and in his community. Concern started to enter his life and he started communicating with others at work and in his neighbourhood. Harry joined different service clubs and volunteered for a political party. In midlife he started to come into his own and his life blossomed. Harry aligned himself with his natural talent for building things and taking them apart and life moved easily and freely

Harry participates in many events and meetings; he is the one up front with the gavel or hammer in his hand, a leader and symbol of strength and authority.

No one is an innocent victim ever; victimhood is simply an interpretation of one’s circumstances. All things have meaning and purpose and it is our interpretation that dictates how we will experience it. All of us have natural gifts and talents that we brought with us from before birth. These gifts may not at first be obvious as we try and blend into the status quo and the wishes of others.

As we let go of those images and begin to focus on self, we become aware of our own talents and abilities. It is always a conscious choice as to whether we will use them or not.

We are guaranteed absolute freedom of choice before we were born. At some time in our life we either make the connection or we terminate our experience and the final decision is always ours, it can never be imposed. Remember also that we were guaranteed survival no matter what we chose. All of us have absolute unconditional love and freedom to experience physical life either the way we planned before birth or in a change of mind after we get here and death is always a continuance of either experience.

There is no purpose to our lives except that which we give it. God does not impose upon us a burden to fulfill any requirement of birth. God is life and the only requirement of life is “to be.” As one becomes enlightened, one only recognizes the connection that each has to the other and judgements are not made. All of us are free spirits, all of us have purpose and all of us have natural talents. All of us have absolute freedom to express ourselves in the light of day as our thoughts dictate.

With weight loss comes a lot of dedication and change of lifestyle. We can start with exercise, which is vital to all weight loss programs. A healthy body is the result of proper nutrition combined with a regular pattern of physical exercise. You weight loss will depend on how you intend to make it happen. It does not have to be difficult and you do not have to take weight loss supplements or pills.

Exercise

Exercise improves the tone and quality of muscle tissue and stimulates the processes of digestions, absorption, metabolism, and elimination. It strengthens blood vessels, lungs, and heart, resulting in improved transfer of oxygen to the cells and increased circulation.

The key to any type of exercise is a strong will and a sincere desire to improve one’s physical condition by weight loss. The best way to lose weight is doing activities or exercises that you enjoy and can have fun with.

An ideal weight loss program may include many different forms of the following exercises. Calisthenics consist of light exercises including sit-ups, push-ups, jumping jacks, which promote emphasis of building skeletal muscles. Dancing or rhythmic exercise is often an enjoyable way to exercise and lose weight, by toning the body. Isometrics involves the pressure of a muscle or group of muscles against each other or an immoveable object. It is good for spot reducing because it can be applied to a target area. Stretching is a natural exercise that should be practiced on a regular basis, and is a good habit to develop. It can improve energy and endurance, stimulate circulation, and alleviate stiffness. Walking is one of the best overall weight loss exercises, which help the entire system function better. Weight Lifting and exercise strengthen muscle tone, which is recommended with any weight loss management plan.

Above all, do not forget the recreational exercises as well; this will help to keep you on task with your weight loss goals.

Nutrition

The next step in that can help you is to add proper nutrition to your weight loss management plan. You need to understand what your body needs and how to consume the proper amounts of Carbohydrates, Fats and Proteins, which are the primary sources of energy to the body. They supply the fuel necessary for body heat and work. This is essential to fast weight loss. Therefore, foods that are high in energy value are high in calories, while foods that are low in energy value are low calories. Fats yield about 9 calories per gram; carbohydrates and protein yield about 4 calories per gram.

By following the current food pyramid guide, you can reduce calories and with combined exercise (minimal), you take lose weight fast and easy. Remember to keep your body hydrated by drinking plenty of water and avoid soda, fattening foods such as chips, and cookies, etc.

Tips

1-	Eat six mini meals a day- this will allow your body to eat more frequently curbing your appetite for snacking.

2- Drink at lease 64 oz of water a day, but the amount you drink should be based on your weight and size.

3-	Choose healthy foods from each food group.

4-	Include some weight lifting in your weight loss management plan, this will allow you to remain proper muscle tone while losing weight.
